Audience
Netherlands, Germany and other EU/EEA corporate visitors connected with Russian customs disputes
Data that can be involved
- business contact and company role
- document type, receipt date, deadline and country route
- technical cookies and analytics only after consent
- communication-channel metadata if Telegram/email/Zoom is used
Launch controls
- no non-essential analytics/marketing tags before explicit consent
- reject/accept controls must be clear and testable
- international transfer and vendor map must be reviewed before paid targeting
- local language pages for NL/DE require native/legal review
Vendor gate
GA4 consent mode only; LinkedIn Insight Tag, retargeting and customer-list upload blocked until GDPR transfer memo and consent proof.
Localization gate
English holding annex only; Dutch/German copy requires native/legal review.
