This annex outlines data-processing requirements and relevant sources; it is not a final legal opinion. Legal, privacy and language reviews remain pending, and existing launch restrictions still apply.

Data that may be involved
- analytics event data only after consent where required
- Telegram and booking details: name, contact, document type, date and deadline
- YouTube thumbnail and embed requests on video pages
- LinkedIn advertising and account-based marketing data only after approval
Launch safeguards
- GA4 must remain consent-aware and load only when triggered
- the Telegram bot token must not appear in public HTML or JS
- no external calendar intermediary: bookings use the Website calendar and Telegram bot
- YouTube embeds use youtube-nocookie where approved; China and EU pages require separate assessment
- LinkedIn Insight Tag and customer-list uploads remain blocked pending separate approval
Service-provider approval
Each provider requires a recorded purpose, data category, loading trigger, country and recipient, consent requirement, privacy-policy link and implementation evidence.
Language-version status
The relevant country annex must disclose service providers before local paid campaigns begin.
Deployment verification required
Verification covers network activity before consent, after consent and after a contact-button click, with CSV/HAR records and screenshots.
