- document type, receipt date and response deadline
Launch safeguards
- ky-KG publication remains blocked pending language and legal approval
- advance information and Russian post-release control are assessed separately
- the bot is not the primary channel for receiving files
- paid campaigns require verified cookie and service-provider behaviour
Service-provider approval
Retargeting and customer-list uploads remain blocked pending the Kyrgyzstan annex and evidence of consent.
Language-version status
ru-KG first; ky-KG remains blocked pending language approval.
