Licence or status restored where the legal and factual grounds support that result

Licences and temporary-storage warehouses / regulatory regime
Some categories of imports require licences, permits or other authorisations under the applicable regime. Temporary-storage and customs warehouses also depend on registration status. Refusal, suspension or removal from a register can directly affect operations.
I handle foreign-trade licensing and regulatory matters involving, where applicable, the Ministry of Industry and Trade, FSTEC, Roszdravnadzor, the FSB and other authorities. I also work with temporary-storage warehouses and customs warehouses: register entry, compliance reviews and challenges to removal. Authorised Economic Operator status under Article 430 of the EAEU Customs Code is a separate customs regime with its own statutory requirements and dispute routes.
