Interim relief in Russian commercial courts

Interim measures under Articles 90–91 of the Russian Commercial Procedure Code — a procedural tool used to preserve the possibility of effective judgment or prevent substantial harm before the dispute is resolved. Attachment of accounts or property and prohibitions on specified acts must be legally justified and proportionate.

Interim measures in Russian commercial courts under Articles 90–91 of the Russian Commercial Procedure Code — may include attachment of accounts, property or an LLC interest, prohibitions on specified actions and other measures allowed by the Code.
