Document received from customs

A Customs Document Needs Review

I identify the document, its stage and contents before assessing what needs to be answered or checked.

Initial review is free. Written consultation and court representation are paid services.

What I can help with

A customs request, customs audit report, administrative offence record and administrative offence decision are different documents. I review the specific document received and its place in the matter.

Pre-release request

Customs requested information before release

You need to understand what customs is asking you to support.

What I review

  • I separate each requested document, fact and explanation.
  • I compare the request with materials already submitted.

What the written consultation gives you

The paid written consultation reviews the request, points requiring support and gaps in the available file.

Post-release request

Customs requested information after release

You need to relate the new request to completed clearance and earlier replies.

What I review

  • I identify the facts and documents now requested.
  • I compare them with the declaration and earlier responses.

What the written consultation gives you

The paid written consultation reviews the new questions, existing support and points needing further explanation.

Customs audit report

You received a customs audit report

You need to understand the findings of a post-release customs review and the records used to support them.

What I review

  • I identify the factual findings and calculations stated in the audit report.
  • I compare those findings with the declaration, earlier responses and documents already provided.

What the written consultation gives you

The paid written consultation reviews the audit findings, documented inconsistencies and points requiring a further written position based on the materials studied.

Administrative offence documents

You received documents in an administrative offence case

You need to understand whether the document records an alleged offence or contains an issued decision.

What I review

  • I identify the exact document and the alleged facts or decision recorded in it.
  • I compare it with prior explanations, evidence and other available case materials.

What the written consultation gives you

The paid written consultation assesses the specific administrative offence document, the facts stated in it and possible next steps from the materials reviewed.

How I work

Initial review - free

Send a short description of the issue and list the documents you already have. I will determine whether I can assist and what materials are needed next. A full document review is not included at this stage.

Written consultation - paid

If you need a detailed review of documents, calculations, a demand, refusal or other issue, I prepare a written consultation. Court representation in Russia is also paid. Drafting a specific document is agreed separately.

The scope and fee are agreed separately after I have seen the situation and available materials.
